We are seeking a highly accomplished and results-driven Global Director - Data, Analytics & AI to join our team. This leadership role will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive data and analytics strategy, leveraging AI and advanced analytics to drive measurable business value.
Skill / Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
- 10 years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise-wide data and analytics initiatives.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable business impact through data-driven strategies.
- Experience in matrixed organizations with cross-functional collaboration and process integration.
- Strong expertise in data governance, compliance, and security frameworks.
- Ability to align data initiatives with P&L objectives, including budget management and ROI analysis.
- Strong ability to develop and implement IT and data strategies that drive business growth.
- Deep understanding of data ecosystems, AI frameworks, analytics models, and cloud-based solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, EU AI Act, and industry-specific data regulations.
- Proven ability to drive organizational change, embed a data-driven culture, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in leading large-scale digital transformation and data modernization initiatives.
- Hands-on experience in building and leading data and AI teams at scale.
- Develop and lead the organization’s Data, Analytics, and AI strategy, aligning with business objectives to drive revenue growth, cost optimization, and P&L impact.
- Establish and manage a data governance framework that ensures data integrity, security, and compliance with regulations such as GDPR, EU AI Act, and CCPA.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the design, implementation, and scaling of analytics and AI solutions, fostering innovation and efficiency.
- Build and maintain trusted data assets by implementing governance mechanisms that support data security, privacy, and compliance.
- Oversee the development of centralized data management and engineering services to ensure the quality, traceability, usability, and cost-effectiveness of data products.
- Partner with executive leadership to ensure data is managed as a key business asset, AI solutions are implemented ethically, and measurable value is communicated effectively.
- Drive technology innovation, ensuring alignment between data initiatives and IT infrastructure while adopting modern data architectures and cloud solutions.
- Lead efforts in embedding a data-driven culture, fostering AI literacy, and developing data analytics talent across the enterprise.
- Identify and evaluate new data sources and AI-driven use cases that create competitive advantages and financial benefits.
- Ensure ethical AI deployment by establishing guidelines that prevent data misuse and protect individual privacy.
