Position Summary
Our Customer Service Representatives are responsible for providing outstanding service to our customers by answering questions, handling complaints, and troubleshooting issues regarding their pest problems. This role may handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls and should seek to create a positive experience for each caller. They will listen to clients to understand the reason for their call and address all questions in the most pleasant professional manner.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to new and current customers via phone and email, striving to meet highest level of customer satisfaction
- Make outbound calls to schedule routes for technicians
- Trouble shoot any problems customers may have with service or accounting
- Make out bound calls or emails on Accounts Receivable
- Assist Account Managers.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
