Description
Job Summary: Entry level position for operating, setting-up, and maintaining machinery, tooling, and equipment used in the manufacturing of products according to production schedule for HVAC products and components. Trainees will received on the job training.
Essential Responsibilities/Activities:
Complete duties in a safe and timely manner in accordance with quality standards and engineering specifications. Trainee will learn and be required to show competency in a set period in the operations of machine(s) assigned.

Essential Mental Functions:
- Activates machines and observes operations to detect misalignment or machine malfunctions.
- Checks quality of part to ensure it meets engineering standards.
- Inspects work pieces for conformance to specifications, visually and/or using tools.
Essential Physical Functions:
- Basic Mechanical attuned.
- Lift up to 50 pounds.
- Stand for up to 95 per cent of the shift.
- Work in conditions below 32 degrees or above 90 degrees on occasion.
