Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager/Accounts Manager with a strong background in IT solutions and staffing services. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of proven experience in driving business growth, managing client accounts, and delivering staffing solutions to meet customer needs. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and managing the end-to-end sales process to ensure customer satisfaction and business expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT solutions and staffing services market.
- Build strong relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and growth objectives.
- Research and identify market trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
Account Management:
- Manage existing client accounts and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships.
- Ensure successful delivery of staffing services and IT solutions to clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of services that align with client needs and expectations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and feedback.
Client Engagement:
- Conduct client meetings to assess their requirements and offer customized IT solutions and staffing services.
- Provide strategic guidance and insights to clients to help them achieve their goals through IT solutions.
- Monitor the satisfaction of clients and ensure a high level of service delivery.
Proposal Development & Negotiations:
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts to clients.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements to close deals effectively.
- Collaborate with the delivery and operations teams to ensure the successful implementation of staffing solutions and IT projects.
Sales & Market Reporting:
- Track sales activities and prepare regular reports on progress, pipeline, and revenue generation.
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for process improvement or product offering enhancements
Collaboration & Team Leadership:
- Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure client staffing requirements are met.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align business development strategies with organizational objectives.
- Foster a collaborative work environment to enhance client experience and business performance.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience: 4 years of experience in business development, account management, or sales within the IT solutions and staffing services industry.
- Client Management: Proven track record in managing client accounts and delivering client solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of the sales cycle, including lead generation, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the IT services industry, including staffing services, software solutions, cloud technologies, and managed services.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with senior-level executives and technical teams.
- Problem-Solving: Strong ability to identify client needs and deliver solutions that align with their business objectives.
- CRM & Tools: Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.), Microsoft Office Suite, and other business development tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in selling IT staffing and consulting services, software solutions, and managed services.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence decision-making.
- Established network within the IT and staffing services sectors.
