- Recent Lead experience
- Must be strong with Systems Design
- Must pass Java Glider test
- Great communication, need to have been in a lead role and be able to help train junior associates as well as communicate clearly w/ Sr. Leadership.
- Team Lead: Will be more Junior members on team that will be added,code review,
- Full Stack (Backend and Data) capabilities and STRONG on Backend
- Strong Backend skills - Must haves:
- Java
- Kafka
- Cloud Computing - Google/Azure
- Data RDMS (SQL, etc)
- Bigquery
- Hadoop
- Needs to be able to be hands on for UI (not too much but need to be able to plug in and help jr resources) -> React & node
