Responsibilities:
~ Answer and direct phone calls, schedule appointments with high level of professionalism
~ Learn parameters for future sales quotes and service descriptions
~ Create and send invoices, handle and document customer payments
~ Create and update work/service orders
~ General clerical duties, such as scanning, faxing, filing, computer data entry
Qualifications:
~ Must be dependable, friendly, enthusiastic and self motivated
~ Strong knowledge of computers
~ Strong verbal and written skills
~ Office experience preferred
~ Organizational and multi tasking skills helpful
~ Ability to work independently
~ High school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license required – some travel may be required.

This Job is for 24 – 38 hours per week (some travel between offices may be required). Monday through Friday. Pay range is $17 to $19 per hour depending on experience.
