Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Identify new business opportunities through lead generation and networking efforts.
- Conduct upselling initiatives to maximize revenue from current accounts.
- Engage in direct sales activities, including presentations and product demonstrations.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to strategize on market penetration and growth initiatives.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client needs are met promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up tasks within the CRM system.
- Work closely with marketing teams to align promotional strategies with client needs.
