Assists Shareholders in the representation of primarily institutional clients in the areas of insurance defense, insurance coverage, municipal litigation, commercial litigation, product liability defense, general litigation, successions, mediations, arbitrations, business transactions and real estate transactions. 1 to 5 years experience. Major responsibilities will include: preparation of pleadings and memoranda; propounding and responding to discovery; taking and defending depositions; legal research; trial preparation and assistance at trial.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
