Job Duties:
- Assist with and carry out planned activities and outings.
- Interact with residents, their families, visitors, and community organizations in a polite and professional manner.
- Report to Activity Director on the progress of residents and respond to and problems that may arise.
- Perform all aspects of assigned duties in an environment that optimizes resident safety.
- Supports and maintains a culture of safety and quality.
Job Requirements:
- Compassionate and understanding, able to work confidently and comfortably with older adults.
Skills:
- Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
