💵 Starting Salary: $50,000/year (Full-Time, Salaried Bonus Potential)
📅 Schedule: Monday–Friday availability with occasional weekends

We’re looking for a confident, high-energy In-Home Sales Consultant to join our growing team. This isn’t retail—this is consultative, relationship-based sales. You’ll meet with prospective clients in their homes, assess their needs, explain our process, and walk them through how we can help. Your role is key: you’re the bridge between “I need help” and “Aaron’s Estate Sales is the obvious choice.”
What You’ll Be Doing
- Attend pre-scheduled appointments with inbound leads (no cold calling!)
- Build trust quickly and provide an exceptional consultative experience
- Assess the home and contents to determine service needs
- Clearly explain our services, pricing, and value
- Walk clients through our process, answer questions, and handle objections with confidence
- Close contracts and coordinate with the internal team for smooth onboarding
- Track leads, appointments, and outcomes in our CRM
- Provide follow-up as needed to close deals and support client experience
- Participate in training activities including on-site estate sale work and internal coaching sessions
- Are a natural closer who loves working face-to-face
- Have a background in in-home sales, real estate, senior services, or high-trust consulting
- Can confidently explain value and overcome objections
- Are professional, empathetic, and an excellent communicator
- Thrive in a fast-paced, people-centered environment
- Want to grow with a company that’s scaling nationally
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, ideally in consultative or in-home roles
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
- Tech-savvy and organized (experience with CRMs a plus)
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable being in different homes and environments daily
- Bonus: Experience working with antiques, vintage items, collectibles, interior design, or estate sales is a big plus
- $50,000/year starting salary
