Senior HR Business Partner, Store Support Center
Overview
This role requires on-site presence 3 days a week in the Galleria Office in Atlanta, GA.

In this role, you will oversee HR partnership for our corporate office environment, supporting a hybrid and virtual workforce. A key priority in the early stages of this role will be to establish repeatable workflows and scalable solutions that enhance operational efficiency, ensuring a structured yet adaptable HR function. You will develop and implement streamlined HR processes, policy updates, and data-driven reporting systems that enhance efficiency and decision-making. As a team of one, you’ll design the routines, workflows, and structure that make day-to-day operations seamless, freeing up time for high-impact projects and leadership collaboration.
What You Need
- Proven experience in corporate HR partnership, ideally in a hybrid/remote workforce environment
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills
- Ability to develop and implement efficient processes that optimize HR operations
- Experience with SOP creation, policy enhancements, and HR compliance
- Proficiency in HR systems, data analytics, and performance metrics
- A track record of executing HR strategies that drive business impact
- 7 years prior HR experience with working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR a plus

- Equip leaders with the right tools, insights, and strategies to manage performance, engagement, and team effectiveness
- Lead and support employee relations investigations, with a focus on resolving workplace issues and driving positive outcomes
- Mediate workplace concerns, ensure policy consistency, and partner with legal as needed
Full-Cycle Recruiting
- Collaborate with business leaders to craft compelling job descriptions and ensure alignment with Compensation, Finance, and Senior Leadership
- Lead proactive sourcing, interviewing, and hiring strategies to attract top talent
- Oversee onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless new hire experience and productivity ramp-up
Performance Management & HR Operational Excellence
- Design and implement structured performance management processes that elevate accountability and career development
- Build and streamline HR reporting dashboards to provide leaders with actionable workforce insights
- Establish repeatable workflows and scalable solutions to enhance operational efficiency
Relationship Building & Strategic Influence
- Develop trusted partnerships with Directors and VPs, positioning HR as a business enabler
- Provide strategic HR insights that influence workforce planning and operational decision-making
