What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Accounts Manager position at Aaron's Sales and Lease?
- The Acquisition and Maintenance of Customers
- Manage the collections process
- Collect money and contact customers who have not renewed merchandise agreements
- Monitor customer payments and habits and make recommendations to get customer to ownership
- Review and close lease agreements with customers
- Achieve monthly account goals
- Strong communication and customer relationship skills needed
Requirements:
- Some knowledge of electronics, appliances, and furniture
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and pick up 300 lbs. with the help of a dolly
- Satisfactory driving record (MVR)
- Valid Driver's License
- A clean drug screen and acceptable background screen
