- Promote upselling techniques to enhance the customer shopping experience and increase sales.
- Supervise junior staff as needed, providing guidance on customer service best practices.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming store environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
- Handle customer complaints professionally, striving for resolution that enhances customer loyalty.
Requirements
