We are looking for a customer-focused and energetic Greeter to join our team. A Greeter is the first face people see as they walk through any establishment. They welcome all customers with a smile and answer their questions as they enter the practice.
A Greeter’s responsibilities include greeting guests when they enter the practice and providing patient information. Gathering personal data and maintaining a HIPPA complaint patient chart.
Ultimately, you will greet visitors, check them into the system, and inform them about promotions.
Responsibilities
- Provide information on our current giveaways and promotions.
- Help keep track of how many patients are seen throughout the day.
- Identify and track patient referrals while achieving the minimum monthly referral goal.
- Distribute referral gift cards, being accountable for signatures with pick up.
- Provide advice or direct patients to the appropriate colleague.
- Schedule follow-up appointments or calls
- Help maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
Requirements and skills
- Proven work experience as a Greeter or similar role
- Enthusiasm and positive vibe
- Customer service experience a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
