Hiring Range Minimum to Maximum: $13.25- $14.00
At Aaron's, we're seeking highly skilled and motivated individuals to join our Home Delivery Team. As a Customer Goods Associate, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by loading, securing, and protecting merchandise.
You'll work closely with our delivery drivers, using your working knowledge of electronics to ensure that every product reaches our customers safely and efficiently. We're looking for individuals with strong communication skills, a flexible schedule, and a genuine passion for helping others.
Your duties will include offloading and installing merchandise, as well as supporting our delivery drivers on their routes. You'll also assist with store tasks when needed, helping to create a seamless customer experience.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to be physically able, able to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance and 300 pounds with a dolly. We'll provide the necessary training and equipment to help you perform your job safely.
