Job responsibilities will include court appearances , depositions, motion practice, client reporting, medical record reviews and meeting with experts. The ideal candidate will have received a J.D. from an accredited law school with 1-5 years experience in civil defense litigation - medical malpractice experience is a plus. Desired attributes include strong communication skills (written and verbal), superior legal acumen, independent thinking and the ability to manage a large and complex caseload while being an effective team player.
