Must come into office in Detroit, MI 1 day a week- Remote the rest of the time. W2 employees ONLY- no C2C!
Responsible for managing digital projects from conception, requirements-gathering, design, testing, and ultimately to launch. Ensures that projects are begun with a clear purpose and direction, and that they proceed according to defined goals and schedules to their completion. Defines project scope, objective and schedules AND Functions as the LEAD SCRM MASTER on all agile projects.

Education And/Or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
- Three (3) to five (5) years of project management experience.
- Three (3) to five (5) years of scrum management experience.
- SCRUM certification is desired but not required.
- PMP certification is desired but not required.
- Proven experience presenting work to decision makers, stakeholders, and colleagues
- Understanding of how to run an Agile team.
- Strong attention to detail and a rigorous focus on delivering quality output.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to talk knowledgeably with members of both the commercial and development teams.
- High familiarity with web best practices.
- Solid understanding of web development environments, sufficient to understand the implications of issues within web-based applications.
- Ability to lead and contribute to process improvement projects involving online applications and tasks. Superb written and oral communication skills.
