Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Program Delivery Manager with expertise in Security Master to lead a multi-year, large-scale program. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional program management skills and in-depth knowledge of Security Master to drive successful delivery and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of a multi-year, large-scale program.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define program objectives, scope, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional teams across various workstreams.
• Leverage Security Master expertise to guide decision-making and resolve program challenges.
• Monitor and manage program risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring proactive mitigation strategies.
• Communicate program progress, key milestones, and deliverables to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Foster collaboration and coordination across teams to achieve program objectives.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
  
  

Qualifications And Skills

• Proven experience as a Program Delivery Manager, managing large-scale, multi-year programs.
• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Security Master systems and processes.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to lead diverse teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage risks, budgets, and timelines effectively.
• Knowledge of financial services and securities domain is highly desirable.
• PMP, PgMP, or similar certifications are a plus.
