You'll develop strong relationships with fellow design leaders and partner closely with product management, engineering, and business counterparts to launch innovative experiences for global employees. Using data and customer insights, you'll facilitate constructive design debates, influence product priorities, and advocate for the needs of employees. As the creative lead, you'll provide design oversight for a pod of designers, regularly reviewing designs and concepts with customers, cross-functional partners, executives, and stakeholders.About the team BXT designs, deploys, and manages benefits on behalf of 1.5 million Amazonians and their families worldwide.
