We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Family Medicine Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our team in Berlin, NH. The Patient population ranges from pediatric through geriatric, with a high elderly population. Expected patient load is 18-24 patients per day.

This position offers a $120,000 - $130,000 annual salary with additional benefits including productivity and quality bonuses, commencement and retention bonuses, relocation and/or rental assistance, generous vacation/time off, CME time and money, retirement plans, and medical/dental/vision benefits.
Requirements:
- Minimum Education: Master's degree
- Special Examinations/Certificates: Board Certified
- Years of Work Experience: 2 years in practice in outpatient primary care
Salary : $120,000 - $130,000
