KeyResponsibilities include providing high-quality neonatal care during 24-hourin-house shifts, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop andimplement care plans for newborns, and participating in neonatal resuscitationand stabilization as needed. The NNP will also be responsible for responding toneonatal emergencies, managing patient admissions, ensuring continuity of carethroughout the shift, and completing all necessary documentation and chartingin accordance with hospital protocols and standards.
