Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch medical care to pediatric patients, ensuring their health and well-being through every stage of childhood.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including mid-level providers, social workers, and case managers, to deliver comprehensive and holistic care.
- Utilize electronic medical records to accurately document and manage patient information.
Compensation & Benefits: $220,000 - $258,824 plus benefits package, sign-on bonus and student loan repayment programs.
Requirements:
- Current Massachusetts licensure and active board certification in Pediatrics (or board-eligible, with plans to pursue certification).
- Proven ability to work effectively with a multi-disciplinary team.
- Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, French, or Haitian Creole is highly desirable to better serve our diverse patient population.
- Experience in ambulatory care or public health is preferred.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with electronic medical records.
