Children's Ambulatory Surgery Center, located in Fair Lawn,NJ, is actively seeking a dedicated and highly skilled full time RegisteredNurse for the position of Director of Nursing. The ideal candidate will possessa strong background in Pre-operative and PACU / Recovery Nursing, thrive in afast-paced environment, and be committed to delivering the highest qualitypatient care.

Benefit Package :

  • Medical / Dental / Vision Insurance after 90 days
  • PTO after 90 days
  • 401k & 401 Matching after 1 year
  • Monday - Friday (No weekends)

Compensation : 100,000 - $125,000 annual salary

Requirements :

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Current NJ Nursing License
  • Current BLS, ACLS and PALS
  • Fluent in Spanish a plus but not required

Situated approximately 10 miles northwest of New York City, FairLawn offers residents a blend of suburban charm with convenient access to thecultural and economic opportunities of the nearby metropolis.

    Responsibilities :

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee care for patients of all agesin the PACU / Pre-op department.
  • Provide care in accordance with nursing standards ofpractice and the policies of the Center.
  • Make informed decisions regarding direct patient care needsand effectively communicate pertinent information to the interdisciplinaryteam.
  • Assume additional responsibilities as designated by themanager, including participation in committees, involvement in qualityimprovement audits, and contribution to special projects.
  • Foster a patient-centered care environment, ensuring acommitment to excellence and quality in all aspects of nursing practice.

    • Salary : $100,000 - $125,000
