Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Board Certified Anesthesiologist to join our team as a partnership track physician. This opportunity is ideal for individuals looking to take their career to the next level and become a partner in a private practice setting.
About the Role:
- Perform general anesthesia services for cardiac, thoracic, neurosurgery, urology, GYN, ENT, vascular, and general surgery procedures
- Collaborate with our team of fellowship-trained CRNAs and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care
- Participate in hospital rounds, case management, and quality improvement initiatives
Compensation and Benefits:
- Starting salary: $400K per year (first year), increasing to $425K per year (second year)
- Partnership compensation averaging over $450K per year
- Benefits package including Blue Cross health insurance options, HAS sign-on bonus, relocation payment, CME expenses reimbursement, car expense allowance, and cellphone expense reimbursement
