Requirements and Qualifications
">To be considered for this position, you must have national certification in one of the following specialties: Family Nurse Practitioner, Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner, Adult Nurse Practitioner, or Gerontological Nurse Practitioner. Additionally, you must hold an active, non-probationary state Nurse Practitioner license and a DEA license. One year of direct primary care experience as a Nurse Practitioner is preferred.
