If the CRNA has to work, you are paid $1769.23 for that day. If the CRNA has to work more than 1 : 7 for whatever reason, you would also get the $1769.23 in addition to your base. Compensation : Base Salary $252,000, Sign-On Bonus, and an annual $8,000 retention bonus. Maximum salary : $350,000. Successful completion of nurse anesthesia educational program accredited by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetist (AANA), the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs (CANAEP) or its predecessor or successor agency. Must possess certification as a CRNA by the Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (CCNA) or re-certification by the Council or its predecessor or successor agency.
