We are seeking a skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a locum tenens position in New Lenox, IL. This role offers flexible shift options, competitive compensation, and an opportunity to work in a Level II Trauma Center. The ideal candidate will join a team of dedicated professionals providing exceptional anesthetic care. This position welcomes both experienced CRNAs and new graduates. The role guarantees 40 hours per week with the potential for additional shifts. Candidates must commit to at least one 24-hour weekend shift per month, either on a Saturday or Sunday.
This Level II Trauma Center features 10 operating rooms, handling a variety of cases with an average of 4–5 cases during a 12-hour shift. Cases are primarily orthopedic and neurosurgical procedures. The facility utilizes Cerner as its electronic medical record (EMR) system.
The CRNA will deliver high-quality anesthesia care in collaboration with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals. Responsibilities include administering anesthesia for various surgical cases, monitoring patient conditions during surgery, and ensuring compliance with facility protocols and safety standards.

- Board Certified by NBCRNA (by time of start).
- Active Illinois state license (or willingness to obtain).
- Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and PALS (must be current by start date).

- U.S.-trained and boarded CRNA.
