**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Practitioner to provide primary care services to patients in the West LA area of California.
**Key Responsibilities Include:**
- Delivering comprehensive care to patients in various settings.
- Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests to diagnose and assess patient health concerns.
- Developing and documenting individualized care plans.
- Prescribing medications or other appropriate treatments.
**Requirements for Success:**
- Masters degree in Nursing and a minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
- Current, active, valid, and unrestricted RN and NP licenses in California.
- Multi-state licensure is required if providing services in multiple states.
- Completion of a Tuberculosis test is required for this position.
