In this role, the NNP will provide comprehensive care to neonates, managing both routine and complex cases in a hospital setting. The position requires 24-hour in-house shifts from 7:30 AM to 7:30 AM, including weekend coverage and on-call responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills in neonatal care and a commitment to providing excellent patient care in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities include providing high-quality neonatal care during 24-hour in-house shifts, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans for newborns, and participating in neonatal resuscitation and stabilization as needed. The NNP will also be responsible for responding to neonatal emergencies, managing patient admissions, ensuring continuity of care throughout the shift, and completing all necessary documentation and charting in accordance with hospital protocols and standards.

Requirements
- Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner
