Seeking a remote prescribing Family Medicine Physician to play a pivotal role in delivering accessible and convenient care for our members. This position supports remote monitoring of Chronic Heart Failure (CHF) and Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), as well as ensuring timely response to urgent clinical information such as critical lab values. Physicians will work one to two-hour shifts daily reviewing urgent escalations of remote monitoring and lab data flows. Responsibilities include monitoring and reaching out to patients, managing medication management, and providing outpatient treatment via Telehealth as needed.
Compensation: $80 - $90 per hour

- Candidate would be doing telehealth visits
- Will be seeing a lot of patients for obesity management, CHF and COPD.
- 2-4 patients per hour for initial consults as they are 30 mins, follow up appts are 15 min appts.
- They'd like someone to start as soon as possible
- Ideal schedule would be 2 - four hour shifts per week to start, potentially 3 if they are already credentialed in Highmark. We will then monitor needs and adjust
- They can pick any schedule they'd like between 8am-8pm EST mon- fri or 8a-noon Saturday
- BE/BC Family Medicine Physician from a US approved training program.
- Licensed in CO, MD, NC, NY & SC (Two or more of these states preferred)
- Credentialed with Highmark highly preferred
- Current DEA ability to obtain
- Ability to deliver care via telehealth.
- Proficiency with EMR (electronic medical record) systems.
Salary : $80 - $90
