- Locations: Three skilled nursing facilities, with travel to a couple per week.
- Compensation: $125 - $150 per hour, plus mileage reimbursement.
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- Active Massachusetts medical license.
- Experience in post-acute or skilled nursing settings is highly preferred.
- Strong clinical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
