We are seeking a Locums Interventional Radiology Physician to provide comprehensive care in Saginaw, MI. The role involves a combination of clinic-based and inpatient consults, outpatient clinic visits, and inpatient and outpatient interventional procedures. This position requires a physician experienced in performing a range of general invasive interventional radiology techniques, as well as specialized procedures. The responsibilities for the Locums Interventional Radiology Physician include performing a wide range of interventional radiology procedures such as Y-90, TACE, IR embolization, abscessograms, arthrograms, bone marrow biopsies, dialysis catheter placements, injections, tube exchanges, mediport placements, paracentesis, thoracentesis, PICC lines, lumbar punctures, and myelograms. The physician will provide care for both inpatient and outpatient clients, with scheduled clinic visits and consultations. The position follows a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with 24/7 call coverage during assigned periods. The role also involves using EPIC and Dragon systems for medical documentation. Maintaining advanced certifications in ACLS and BLS from the American Heart Association is required for this position.
