Compensation and Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a competitive base salary ranging from $190,000 to $210,000, based on experience level. Quarterly performance bonuses will be offered, with opportunities for advancement through our partnership track. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical insurance, dental insurance, and malpractice insurance. We also offer a 401k/profit-sharing plan and provide one month of paid time off.
Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated pediatrician to work primarily out of our North Bergen location, with optional coverage at our Perth Amboy office. Hospital rounds will be limited to newborns, approximately every six weeks. No delivery attendance or C-sections will be required. The typical workweek will consist of five days, with every other Saturday worked. One weekday off will be provided during the Saturday workweek. Spanish-speaking candidates are preferred due to our large Hispanic population.
