We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Family Medicine Advanced Practice Provider to join our team in Berlin, NH. The Patient population ranges from pediatric through geriatric, with a high elderly population. Expected patient load is 18-24 patients per day.

Requirements
- Minimum Education: Master's degree
- Special Examinations/Certificates: Board Certified
- Years of Work Experience: 2 years in practice in outpatient primary care
