**Key Responsibilities**

**Requirements**
- Graduate of an accredited medical school program
- Completion of an accredited United States Family Practice Residency program
- Board Certified in Family Medicine
- Valid Arizona medical license
- Valid DEA certificate
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum of three years' experience in community health
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
- Competency in dealing with people of various cultures and social statuses
- Demonstrated understanding of clinical methods and techniques
- Basic computer efficiency
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to effectively engage with clients, associates, and the public
- Basic proficiency in business English, spelling, and punctuation
- Valid Arizona driver's license
