We are seeking a dedicated Family or Internal Medicine Physician to join our innovative care team. Deliver whole-person care in 30- to 60-minute appointments, supported by a health coach and collaborative care team.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $238,000 - $350,000 bonus eligibility

To be successful, the selected candidate must possess the following qualifications:
Requirements
- MD or DO degree with completed Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency (Family Medicine preferred)
- Board Certified by ABMS (ABFM/ABIM) or AOA
- At least 3 years of primary care experience
- Current, valid medical license and DEA number
- Proficiency with EMR systems (NextGen preferred), coding, and Medicare Advantage/HCC documentation
- Experience with Google Workspace and team-based care
