This is a chance to practice full-scope orthopedic surgery in a rural community setting with a predictable 15-shift/month schedule and the support of a well-established, physician-led surgical group in Fallon, NV.

Key Performance Indicators:
- Target volume: 150 acute cases
- 150 elective cases
- 300 total cases in year one
Your Responsibilities
Build and lead a program that has a direct impact on the health of the local community.
Your Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
- Experience in arthroscopy, joint replacement, and acute fracture care
- Comfortable managing a balance of elective and inpatient referrals
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Committed to patient satisfaction and clinical excellence
- Experience working in a collaborative, team-based environment
