At AAS Locum Tenens, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Interventional Radiology (IR) Physician to provide on-site coverage at one of our well-established medical facilities in Maryland. This position offers a structured Monday–Friday schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM, with regular breaks throughout the day. As an IR Physician with AAS Locum Tenens, you will be responsible for performing a moderate volume of procedures daily, reading mixed modality studies between cases, and maintaining a total daily volume of approximately 40 radiology relative value units (RVUs).
We require a Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) Radiologist with a valid Maryland Medical License. Experience in reading trauma scans is desirable but not mandatory. This is a physician-only position; Nurse Practitioners (NPs) or Physician Assistants (PAs) will not be considered.
