Duties:
- Provide direct patient care and oversee the nursing staff in a healthcare setting.
- Assess patient needs, develop care plans, and implement appropriate interventions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient vital signs and response to treatment.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance and support.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation.
Experience:
- Willing to train new graduates, post acute care experience appreciated but not required.
- Strong knowledge of physiology and anatomy.
- Ability to administer assessments, treatments, and medication accurately and safely.
- Familiarity with medical documentation and terminology.
Compensation and Flexibility:
We are offering you highly competitive wages that include an hourly base rate starting at $32.30/ hour for a new LPN and up to $44.00/ hour for an experienced RN BSN. Additional pay is available through specialization and accreditations that are also provided by Aase Haugen Senior Services. Our total compensation package for a nurse looking to join our team is over $100,000 a year without figuring in overtime, shift differentials, vacation time, etc!
We can be flexible with a variety of shift options including 12 hour or 8 hour shifts, weekend packages, and others to meet your work life balance needs! Our primary needs right now are for day and evening positions. We offer shift differentials and several other ways to increase your compensation.
