Were looking for a dedicated Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team and assist clients with their insurance needs. You will handle policy inquiries, assist in claims processing, and support policy changes, all while working in a collaborative and fast-paced team environment. This role has potential for career growth, with the opportunity to transition into a sales position. Base salary is based on experience, with earning potential between $40,000 - $50,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with policy questions and concerns
• Process policyholder endorsement changes
• Help clients file insurance claims
• Review billing and process policy payments
• Identify potential sales opportunities and transfer clients to the sales team
  
  

Requirements

• Active 440 Florida State Insurance license required
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Well-organized with excellent time management
• Proficient in computer software programs and able to learn new systems quickly
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
