Requirements:
- Ability to maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities to the highest standards.
- Proven experience in guest services or a similar customer-focused role, preferably within a luxury hotel environment.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move (including bending, kneeling, and crouching) around for extended periods during the day.
- Capable of lifting and carrying heavy items, such as linens, supplies and guest luggage up to 50 lbs.
- High school diploma or equivalent degree, experience in hotel or a related field is a plus.
- Must have or be able to obtain TABC within 60 days of hire and maintain for entire length of employment.
- Flexible schedule and willingness to work on holidays and weekends.
