Job Summary : The role of a bartender is to provide an above and beyond service experience and to ensure that all guests are served beverages and / or food in a timely, friendly and high-quality way that follows safety procedures for serving alcohol.
It is also the responsibility of the bartender to enrich the guests experience and always show genuine interest in their needs.
Requirements : High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required1 year of bartending experience is preferred but not requiredMust be of legal age to serve alcoholic beveragesAbility to lift 25 poundsAbility to stand for long periods of timeMust have TN ABC license General Responsibilities : Make and / or serve cocktail, wine and bottled or draft beer.Stock bar with sufficient alcohol, garnishments, glass, paper and plastic supplies.Process guests checks and submit closing paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.Check identification to verify customer is of legal drinking age.Follow Aatmos standard for Cost Per Pour to ensure highest profitability.
