We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sleep Apnea Billing and Patient Coordinator to join our team. This full-time, in-office position will require candidates to travel to different dental offices when needed and must be available to work on Saturdays.
Responsibilities :
Schedule patients for sleep apnea consultations and follow-up appointments.
Verify insurance eligibility and benefits for sleep apnea patients.
Coordinate lab cases and ensure proper documentation and follow-through.
Assist in selling sleep apnea treatment options to patients and managing the sales process.
Ensure accurate billing and coding for all procedures and treatments.
Manage collections and follow up on outstanding balances.
Provide excellent patient care and ensure smooth patient flow from consultation to treatment.
Qualifications :
Experience in medical billing, insurance verification, and scheduling.
Knowledge of sleep apnea treatments and insurance coverage.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
A self-motivated team player with a focus on patient satisfaction and efficiency.
Compensation : $25-$28 per hour (Based on Experience) 2% on collections
Salary : $25 - $28
