What are the responsibilities and job description for the Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner ( New Grad Friendly) - Western Arizona position at Aaxiom Corp?
We have a full-time position for a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in western Arizona. This is a well-established and well-regarded organization with 6 outpatient facilities, 1 inpatient facility and 3 residential facilities. This position is strictly outpatient and will be seeing patients of all ages. This provider must have the ability to see both adults and children.
Schedule is Monday through Friday 8-5pm. Call is shared in a rotation with other providers and will typically be one weekend per month. Expected patient volume is 90 minutes for initial evaluations and 30 minutes for follow-ups. Approximately 8-15 patients per day.
Amazing high desert, dry climate, located at the heart of Historic Route 66, ½ hr drive to the Hualapai Mountains and the cool pines. Transportation hub (trains every 15 minutes). Reasonable housing prices. Located relatively close to Las Vegas, Flagstaff and the Grand Canyon.
Qualifies for NHSC Loan Repayment (HPSA 18)
