As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will play a critical role in driving growth for AAXIS by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospects across industries. This is an opportunity to work with a team of experts in digital commerce and data-driven solutions. Over time, youll learn how to help clients unlock the potential of their businesses through transformative application, data and AI technologies.
The primary activity of a BDR involves outreach to prospective clients via emails, phone calls, and social channels to quality interest and set appointments with decision makers.
Who You Are
- 13 years of experience in B2B sales, business development and lead generation.
- Strong ability to identify and reach out to new prospects, cultivating relationships with those who may not yet be familiar with the product or service.
- Exceptional communication skills across written, verbal, and presentation formats, with the ability to adapt to different audiences.
- Interest or experience in digital commerce, data and AI-powered technologies such as data analytics, machine learning models, and AI-powered applications.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in remote or hybrid environments.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work closely with Account Executives and other cross-functional teams to drive results.
- Savvy with social media networking and content marketing techniques
Bonus Points:
- Familiarity with Shopify Plus or similar B2B eCommerce platforms such as Salesforce, Adobe, Oracle, and SAP.
- Experience in the industrial manufacturing and distribution sector.
- Experience in working with CRM tools such as Hubspot, Salesforce, and others
- Knowledge of AI and data-driven applications such as customer segmentation, operational forecasting, or personalization strategies
