The Role: 
AAXIS is seeking a dynamic Junior Client Partner to play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and building lasting client relationships. This role will focus on upselling key accounts, collaborating with technology partners to generate opportunities, and leveraging personal and professional networks to expand business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce solutions, the ability to independently resolve moderately complex challenges, and a deep understanding of digital commerce implementation best practices. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  1. Upsell and Expand Key Accounts: 
  • Identify opportunities within existing client portfolios to introduce new services, products, or solutions. 
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers to align AAXIS’s offerings with their business goals. 
  1. Collaborate with Technology Partners: 
  • Work closely with AAXIS’s technology partners to create joint opportunities, leveraging their platforms and solutions to expand client engagements. 
  • Stay updated on partner ecosystems to strategically position AAXIS as a preferred integrator. 
  1. Leverage Personal and Professional Networks: 
  • Utilize your own network to identify and engage potential leads, creating opportunities for new business development. 
  • Represent AAXIS at industry events, webinars, and forums to increase visibility and foster new connections. 
  1. Solve E-Commerce Challenges: 
  • Utilize your deep understanding of e-commerce implementations to independently address mid-level technical and operational issues. 
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, providing clients with actionable insights and practical solutions. 
  1. Drive Long-Term Client Success: 
  • Foster strong, lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client needs and drive measurable results. 
  1. Strategic Sales Execution: 
  • Manage and optimize the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and effective resource allocation. 
  • Analyze data and industry trends to inform strategic planning and prioritize high-value opportunities. 

Who You Are: 

  • Experience: 
  • 5 years of experience in account management, business development, or client success roles, preferably within a digital commerce or in complex IT programs. 
  • Proven track record of upselling and expanding relationships within key accounts. 
  • E-Commerce Expertise: 
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and solution implementation processes, with the ability to address mid-level technical challenges. 
  • Familiarity with B2B and D2C commerce solutions, including platforms like Salesforce,Oro Commerce, Shopify Plus mMagento, , Adobe Commerce,Commerce Tools, Vtex,  and others. 

 

 

  • Relationship Management: 
  • Skilled at building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams to drive mutual success. 
  • Collaborative and Independent: 
  • Able to work collaboratively across teams while independently managing priorities and deliverables. 
  • Strategic Thinker: 
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, craft strategic approaches, and execute effectively. 

Bonus Points: 

  • Experience working with global technology partners and system integrators in the commerce space. 
  • Knowledge of specific industries, such as manufacturing or distribution, and their unique e-commerce needs. 
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot for pipeline management and forecasting.
