The Role: 

AAXIS is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead complex technology projects from initiation to completion. This role is critical in ensuring the successful delivery of projects that align with business goals, leveraging best practices in Agile and technical project management. The ideal candidate will also play a key role in client engagement, fostering long-term relationships, and identifying opportunities for upsell and cross-sell. 

 

What You’ll Do, Key Responsibilities: 

Project Management & Delivery (40%): 

  • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope. 
  • Oversee multiple concurrent projects, maintaining a 90% on-time completion rate. 
  • Identify risks early and implement effective mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions. 
  • Drive adoption of Agile, Scrum, or other project management best practices. 
  • Optimize workflows, reducing project bottlenecks by at least 20% within the first year. 

Client Engagement & Management (40%): 

  • Establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders within the first 30 days. 
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with business goals. 
  • Lead client meetings, providing clear and concise updates on status, risks, and dependencies. 
  • Resolve project-related conflicts efficiently, ensuring smooth collaboration across teams. 
  • Achieve at least 90% client satisfaction scores in project-related feedback surveys. 

Upsell & Cross-Sell (20%): 

  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling AAXIS solutions during project engagements. 
  • Work closely with the sales and account management teams to develop tailored proposals. 
  • Increase revenue per client by at least 15% within the first year through strategic recommendations. 
  • Leverage industry insights and client feedback to propose value-added solutions. 

Qualifications & Skills: 

  • Technical Expertise: Solid understanding of software development, cloud technologies, and enterprise solutions. 
  • Project Management: Strong experience managing projects using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies. 
  • Leadership & Communication: Ability to influence cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations. 
  • Tools & Technologies: Proficiency with Jira, Monday, Asana, Confluence, Trello, Smartsheet and other project management tools. 
  • Familiar with popular ecommerce platforms: Shopify, commerce tools, Salesforce, OroCommerce, and ecommerce integrations search, ERP, OMS, etc. 
  • Experience: 5 years in technical project management, preferably in eCommerce or digital transformation projects. 

Success Metrics: 

Success in this role will be measured by project completion rates on time and within budget, stakeholder satisfaction, project execution, process improvements, and team engagement. Identify upsell and cross sell opportunities.
