Job Description

As a Delivery Crew Leader for AB Corporate Florals you will play a key role in ensuring seamless deliveries, setups, and breakdowns for our events. You will represent our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm, working closely under the guidance of the Operations Manager and Owners. Whether leading a team or operating independently, you will contribute to the high standards of quality and reliability that our clients trust. Full and Part Time positions available.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead delivery team members with confidence, providing clear direction and encouraging collaboration positively and professionally. Foster a team environment that balances efficiency with a sense of fun.

Independent Work: Handle deliveries or pickups solo when needed, demonstrating reliability, trustworthiness, and a proactive attitude.

Time Management and Organization: Manage time effectively to stay on task and meet event

schedules, ensuring smooth execution within allotted timelines.

Quality and Detail Focus: Conduct thorough quality checks on floral designs and hard goods

before departure and during on-site setups, ensuring every detail meets client expectations.

Problem-Solving: Address last-minute changes, missing items, or unexpected challenges on-site

with a calm, solution-oriented approach.

Event Execution: Deliver and arrange floral designs and hard goods with care, ensuring setups

align with event plans and our high-quality standards.

Inventory and Safety Management: Load and unload event materials accurately and safely,

ensuring proper handling and compliance with driving laws.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Physical ability to lift moderately heavy items repeatedly, with occasional loads up to 45 pounds.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and stay on schedule.
• Confidence in leading others, with the humility to take direction and adapt as needed.
• Comfortable working independently, with a proven record of reliability and professionalism.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset to address challenges effectively.
• Flexibility to work shifts that align with event timelines, including early mornings, afternoons, and
