What are the responsibilities and job description for the Team Lead position at AB Corporate?
- Analyze components & bulk materials in order to support production demands.
- Perform line startup/line clearance processes to ensure proper setup of equipment.
- Partner effectively with Warehouse and other departments as needed to support and execute the production plan.
- Instruct/oversee direct labor assigned to production equipment.
- Assist in tracking and maintaining production quantities/labor hours and ensure quantities are accurate.
- Review product/quality paperwork for production.
- Supports management personnel in formulating and establishing company policies, operating procedures and goals with respect to Production.
- Ensure all workers are following proper PPE and safety practices and procedures.
- Recommend measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product.
- Other duties, as assigned.
ducation and/or Experience
Bilingual in Spanish, High School/Associate degree; three to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
