Job Description:
AB Fire, a leading provider of fire alarm, fire sprinkler, fire suppression, and fire safety services, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Office Manager to oversee daily operations, manage client relationships, and contribute to the growth of our business. This role requires a self-driven professional with fire protection industry experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations with critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relations & On boarding: Manage client on boarding, schedule meetings, and ensure seamless transitions for new accounts.
- Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring superior customer satisfaction and timely follow-ups.
- Office Administration: Oversee office operations, scheduling, and workflow to maintain efficiency and organization.
- Team Coordination: Work closely with field technicians, sales staff, and leadership to ensure smooth business operations.
- Problem-Solving & Crisis Management: Address and resolve any client or operational issues with a proactive and solution-driven approach.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and streamline operations.
- Compliance & Industry Standards: Ensure office procedures align with fire industry regulations, compliance standards, and best practices.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Fire Protection Industry Experience (Minimum 3 years preferred).
- Proven Leadership & Management Skills with the ability to drive results and inspire a team.
- Excellent Communication & Human Relations Skills – Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Critical Thinking & Problem-Solving Ability – Must handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.
- Self-Driven & Goal-Oriented – Ability to take initiative and operate independently.
- Detail-Oriented & Organized – Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- Punctual & Dependable – Must be on time every day and demonstrate commitment to excellence.
- Experience with Fire Safety Software & CRM Systems is a plus.
